link hidden Just listed my second property now. This was actually my first property but I've had tenants living in it, so it will be available after they’ve moved out, from October/November onwards. Listed for long term stays only as STR not permitted. It has been 10 months since I first got it. Thankful to God, a relief to finally release this baby on the market! 🙌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I just wanted to test the waters so to speak so I'm only using previous photos. When the tenants move out, I will be refreshing the look (bedrooms & bathrooms). Will get my photographer too as only using the old photos now. To get it out there - start generating interest and not miss out on opportunities. Not sure how the long term stay market works so testing and trialing 🙏🏼🙏🏼
